A tribute to Nana

Nana is a Mexican restaurant specializing in whole rotisserie chickens, pork al pastor, carne asada, seasonal vegetables and other regional specialties and treats. All tortillas are handmade with tacos, quesadillas, burritos, and tortas feature prominently on the menu created by James Beard nominee Chef Carlos Raba as a love letter to his childhood in Sinaloa and his great grandmother, his "Nana."
